Indo Amines Limited, incorporated a public limited company in 1994, is a significant worldwide manufacturer, developer and supplier of Fine Chemicals, Speciality Chemicals, Performance Chemicals, Perfumery Chemicals and Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients. The products manufactured find application in various industries like Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemicals, Fertilizers, Petrochemicals, Road Construction, Pesticides, Perfumery Chemicals, Dyes and Intermediates, etc.
Indo Amines Ltd, has six manufacturing sites : The sites are located at Baroda, Dombivli, Rabale, Dhule, Tarapur & Mahad.
The Company operates the unique processes, synthesis and chemical reactions for manufacture of their various products developed in house by their Research and Development Department.

Obtained REACH permission for certain products – enabling us to sale in

The Composition of the Board is as per the Listing Regulations relating to Corporate Governance. The Board comprises of ten members, of which seven are non-executive directors. Of the non-executive directors, four are independent directors. The directors bring to the Board a wide range of experience and skills. The Board composition is as detailed below:
This policy, which encompasses the company's philosophy for outlining its social responsibility lays down the guidelines and mechanism for undertaking socially useful programme for welfare & sustainable development of the community at large, is titled as the INDO CSR Policy".

The objective of the INDO CSR Policy is to:
1. Ensure an increased commitment at all levels in the organization, to operate its business in an economically, socially & environmentally sustainable manner, while recognizing the interests of all its stakeholders.
2. To directly or indirectly take up programme that benefit the communities & results, over a period of time, in enhancing the quality of life & economic well-being of the local public.
3. To generate, through its CSR initiatives, a community goodwill for the Company and help reinforce a positive & socially responsible image of the Company as a corporate entity.
